No insert is required, the inside of the coozies are tapered for the perfect fit.
Tall cans, Skinny cans, bottles and regular sized cans all fit nice and snug.
 
All of my tumblers/glasses/mugs are custom printed in my personal home office using high quality sublimation and heat press equipment.
Please note that these are not vinyl and will not peel. They are baked directly onto the surface of the cup.
